  • It says the victim lived in an apartment, but it took a month before anyone investigated? I would think the smell would be overwhelming after a few days.... And it said the alleged killer's relative contacted authorities Dec 16th, after seeing him covered in blood; yet he was just arrested?

  • Without knowing all the facts you have all either convicted him or labeled her as a nut and/or a liar. Shame on you! Rape is not a joke! Rape is a serious crime that, even when there is no physical injury, can leave emotional scarring.

  • While I personally, hate the act of driving drunk; he was entitiled to a trial! People have said where was his family, how could they have found him, when he was obviously forgotten.

  • Smokers are entitled to the same rights as non smokers. They pay extra tax money that is used for everything except the cost of uninsured smokers; much like the taxes that is on alcohol is used for everything except alcohol abuse and victims of drunk drivers.

  • I am not sure if I am amazed that they gave out prayer cards or that they still serve meals! Seriously, it is ridiculous and childish that people find other peoples religious (or non religious) beliefs offensive.

  • I do feel compassion for the family..... but also anger at adults who have children but DO NOT THINK. Parents are supposed to calculate the risks of a situation, too many do not, and this is the result!

  • I understand that being in a war is a hard thing, however, he chose to participate; the murdered women and children did not! YOU would be screaming for his blood if he had done this to AMERICANS! They didn't dock his pay because he has three children, but HIS children are still alive.

  • I hope that law enforcement pays attention to this, instead of trying to cover their butts! They did the wrong thing not only to that young man (and his family) who was sent to prison and robbed him of 16 years of his young life.

  • While I SUSPECT these two people were only allowed to be rescued to bring up the President's approval rating; I am still very happy they were rescued unharmed. I hope none of the SEALS were injured or killed during the raid.
